Adjust Thread Cutting Machine

1.  Press the button “Oil Pump Opened”, check the rotation direction of oil pump, the right direction has been marked on oil pump, and the rotation should be light and no noise. System pressure is set to 4 ~ 5MPa (Has been set before delivery. No need to set again when use at the first time)

2.  Rotate switch “Manual/Automatism” to “Manual” position

(1) Open the door of gear box in the rear, loosen the 16mm nut on reverse link (crescent shaped plate), and then heighten the reverse link in order that gears seperate. Then tighten 16mm nut to make sure reverse link does not slip.

(2) Put left hand on the button “Mainframe Stop”, right hand on the button “Mainframe Pro-running”. Press button “Mainframe Pro-running” firstly, check whether machine head rotates anticlockwise, and then press button “Mainframe Stop”.

(3) Put left hand on the button “Mainframe Reverse”, right hand on the button “Mainframe Stop”. Press button “Mainframe Reverse”, check whether machine head rotates clockwise, and then press button “Mainframe Stop”.

(4) After completion of the two above-mentioned steps, press button “Mainframe Stop”, loosen the 16mm nut on reverse link, and move reverse link to the original position so that the gears connect together, finally tighten 16mm nut.
